YCOSOC-USANT

Young Communicators Society of University of Saint Anthony is a Co-Curricular Organization coming from the AB Communication under the College of Arts and Sciences and other students from USANT. Organization members are expected to be the catalyst of change and sensor of development in the society. YCOSOC focuses on formation of the structures, processes, aesthetics, functions, and effects of human communication and mass media. The Organization advocated social services for the transformation of the contemporary condition in the environment. Members are given the opportunity and flexibility to gain knowledge and skills in a wide array of communication fields.

VISION

The YCOSOC of USANT will be the leader in and outside the campus by providing excellence in written, visual, and verbal competencies to the members. YCOSOC will:

(a)  Offer more trainings and programs which will allow students to become a vital thinkers and effective ethical communicators.

(b)  Use sensible and pioneering experiences to train members for successful communication careers in the future.

(c)  Sustain and develop strong relationships with the other leader on various sectors such as business, government, etc.

OBJECTIVES

(a)  To provide each members with the right training for communication careers.

(b)  To help students become more critical consumers of the media.

MISSION

The mission of YCOSOC is to help students learn the different processes, aesthetics, functions, and effects of the media as young communicators.
